2020 Registration & Season Start Information 

In-Person Registration Dates/Locations

  • February 22, 2020 - 10am to noon at White Oaks Pool, in the lobby
  • March 7, 2020 - 9:00am to 2:00pm at White Oaks Public School, in the general purpose room
  • March 10, 2020 - 6:30 to 8:00 pm at Westminster Optimist Club (650 Osgoode Dr)

New Policy Regarding Helmets

  • Helmets will be available for use at the T-Ball level only.  At all other levels, players will be required to supply their own helmet. 

Rowan's Law

  • The Rowan’s Law concussion awareness rules came into effect on July 1, 2019. After that date, sport organization must not register athletes under 26 years of age into a sport activity unless they, as well as their parent (for athletes under 18), provide confirmation that they have reviewed one of the Concussion Awareness Resources within the previous twelve months. 

    Sport organizations must also not allow coaches, team trainers and officials to serve as a coach, team trainer or official for or in respect of the sport organization unless they provide confirmation that they have reviewed one of the Concussion Awareness Resources, every year.

Important Registration Dates

  • Uniform Fitting is March 7, 2020 at White Oaks Public School.  Players (except T-ball) will be sized for uniforms.  Players not participating in uniform fitting will be sized based on best efforts and available inventory.
     
  • Registration Deadline is March 15, 2020 (All programs EXCEPT T-Ball)
     
  • T-Ball registration deadline is April 30, 2020
     
  • Registrations received before the appropriate registration deadline will be receive a $25.00 discount.
     
  • Late registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until available spots are filled
     

Important Season Start Dates

  • Coaches will receive their team rosters and equipment on April 29, 2020
     
  • All teams, except T-ball, will start team practices between May 4 and May 10, 2020. Your coach will contact you in advance of your first team practice. T-Ball teams will begin their season on May 26, 2020
     
  • If you have not heard from your coach by May 3, 2020 please login to your South London Baseball account to view your team assignment and contact your coach directly
     
  • Picture Day will be held on May 9, 2020. T-Ball picture day will be scheduled soon.
     
  • Games for the Baseball program and Rookie Ball will begin around the May long weekend
  • Games for the Softball program will begin the week of May 11, 2020

2020 Fastball (Girls Only, Ages 9-25)

The fastball program builds players skills over time, developing and honing their ability as the player progresses in age. If a child has not played before, the program will still give your child a chance to learn the fundamental skills before moving on to more advanced drills. The main goals of our fastball program are teamwork, skill development, sportsmanship, and most of all fun.


2020 Hardball Program (Ages 10-21)

Registration is closed

The hardball program builds players skills over time, developing and honing their ability as the player progresses in age. If a child has not played before, the program will still give your child a chance to learn the fundamental skills before moving on to more advanced drills. The main goals of our hardball program are teamwork, skill development, sportsmanship, and most of all fun.


2020 Learn-To-Play (Ages 4-9 Coed)

Registration is closed

The Learn-to-Play program introduces players to the fundamentals of sport, including hitting, throwing, running and catching. This program focuses on fun, teamwork and sportsmanship. Parent involvement is strongly encouraged during games, practices and at home. Previous player experience is not necessary.
